Bosch EDC7-EDC16-ME9-MED9 cloning now available in Bench

FGtech EOBD2 now supports Benchmode cloning on the bench for all available Bosch EDC7-EDC16-ME9-MED9.

Reading, writing and cloning can be done directly via PINOUT without having to open the control unit.
